Your ship docks at QTerminals Antalya, a working cargo and passenger port with a separate cruise area and alongside piers. The operator lists a passenger terminal, café, Wi-Fi and taxi station. It's at Antalya's Kemer exit, separate from Kaleiçi's small historic harbour.
To get into town, use your ship's confirmed transfer, a pre-arranged vehicle or the terminal taxi station.
About this port
In Antalya, you can spend your time in Kaleiçi, the historic centre, or build the day around archaeological sites. For a short call, Kaleiçi gives you more flexibility than a circuit of several sites. The catch is getting there: cruise passengers arrive at QTerminals Antalya on the western edge of the city, so sort out your transfer before planning the sightseeing.
Getting Around
Once you're in Kaleiçi, choose a walk that suits your energy and the time you have. A drop-off near Hadrian's Gate lets you explore the old quarter, then decide whether to head down towards the marina.
Things to Do
- Kaleiçi: start with Hadrian's Gate and the old streets, then choose either the marina or Karaalioğlu Park and Hıdırlık Tower. This is a suggested city outing, not a timed walking circuit.
- Perge: the archaeological site east of Antalya includes a colonnaded street, baths and stadium. If ancient urban remains are your priority, make this your main excursion.
- Aspendos: you could build your excursion around the Roman theatre and aqueduct remains. Check the total road time from the cruise terminal before combining it with Perge.
Antalya Museum remains closed: the ministry's list checked on 7 September 2026 records closure from 16 July 2025 for new-building work and moving the collection, until work is completed. The port's sightseeing page still recommends it; use the ministry's closure notice when planning.
Getting back to your ship
Getting back: agree both your city drop-off and return collection point. Tell your driver where you plan to finish, so the return doesn't depend on retracing every lane. Before leaving a group, check the return meeting place and all-aboard time. Allow for the drive across the city and the journey back into the port — reaching Kaleiçi's old harbour doesn't mean you're back at the ship.
Practical Information
The currency is the Turkish lira. Take water and sun protection when visiting outdoor ruins, and ask about steps and walking surfaces before choosing an excursion. Dial 112 for emergencies.
